Peer Support

David Brown running an online Peer Support Session

These small monthly online gatherings offer a calm, honest space to pause, reconnect and benefit from personal development in a group.

Whether you’re running a business, working in a charity, leading a community project, or just trying to navigate your role in a changing world, you don’t have to carry it all on your own. Peer Support brings together people who want purpose, impact, and wellbeing to go hand in hand.

In each session, you’ll find:

  • Space to reflect without judgement
  • Encouragement from people who understand your challenges
  • Practical ideas you can use straight away
  • A renewed sense of clarity, confidence, and direction

If you’re craving meaningful connection and a fresh perspective within a group setting, get in touch to find out more.

'The sessions have been so helpful and always leave me feeling uplifted, supported and motivated.’
Ginny Koppenhol

For Leaders and Managers in Charities

We’ve previously run highly valued peer support groups for leaders and managers in the charity and not-for-profit sector, and we’re now creating another brand-new group.

If you’re working in a charity, CIC, or community organisation and would benefit from a calm, confidential space to think, reflect, and be supported by peers who understand your world, this is for you.

To be part of the first cohort, email and we’ll be in touch with next steps.

‘Dave’s peer support training has had a profound impact on our charity. We’ve seen real improvements in staff wellbeing, engagement, and workplace culture, with people feeling more valued, heard, and supported.’
