A warm, welcoming monthly online personal development space where you learn with other business owners. Participants bring real-life challenges and leave with insight, encouragement and practical next steps
Quarterly Connect
A small, supportive online group where you can get clear about your goals, stay gently accountable, and take the time you need to shape your vision. We create space for focus, encouragement and steady progress on the things that matter for you and your business.
Bespoke Away Days
We regularly create tailored Away Days for teams, organisations and community groups who want time and space to reconnect, set direction or explore new possibilities.
These days can include a mix of:
- Strategy design or “way forward” conversations
- Team development or culture-building activities
- Creative elements such as green sketching or smartphone photography
- Nature-based experiences that help people slow down and think more clearly
Each Away Day is co-designed with you, using the skills of our wider associate network to create something that’s both purposeful and enjoyable.
Consultancy
Alongside our training programmes, we also offer consultancy support for organisations and community groups looking to clarify direction, strengthen environmental or social impact, or explore new possibilities. This can include strategy days, “way forward” conversations, carbon action planning for schools, green marketing guidance, or other specialist insight from our wider associate network.
