Running a business can be tough; it’s easy to feel isolated and overwhelmed. We all need someone on our side, inspiring, encouraging and motivating us, so we offer you the support you need. As Bill Gates said ‘Everyone needs a coach!’
If you want clarity, focus, a sense of direction and the confidence to move you or your business forward in a way that will help you thrive, we’d love to help.
Dave and Karen each offer their own unique approach to coaching …

Our Coaching Fees
We want you to be able to access coaching whatever your financial situation, so we have a scale of charges based on Alexis J. Cunningfolk’s ‘Green Bottle Diagram’
- TIER 1: This is for you if you frequently stress out about meeting basic needs and/or don’t always manage to achieve them, possibly owing to being in debt. Perhaps you have no, or limited, access to a car, have no savings, and no, or very little, expendable income: £40 per hour
- TIER 2: Even if you have some debt, it doesn’t prevent you from meeting your basic needs. You may own or lease a car, and have access to financial savings with some expendable income. You can buy some new items and can usually afford an annual holiday: £55 per hour
- TIER 3: You are comfortably able to meet all of your basic needs in spite of, perhaps, having some debt. You own your home or own a higher end property, have access to savings, expendable income and can always buy new items: £75 per hour
